I'm getting my Mommy back!

As some of you may know, my Mommy has been very busy since before I can remember. She promises me that soon we'll get to spend a lot more time together. We spent the afternoon in Baltimore one day to celebrate the end of Mommy having to spend time with the computer instead of me. My Grams, Pops, and Auntie Laurie all came to play with me too.

My Auntie Laurie entertained me through the whole thing. I was in a very sharing mood -- I even gave her my cold!

I don't really get it, but Mommy getting this big blue necklace seemed to be a big deal.

We took the opportunity while we were all dressed up to take the world's worst family picture.

And then one that was a little less silly.

Mommy let me try on her hat at the end -- I was just glad it was over! (and so was everybody else)

Mommy would like to express her deep gratitude to everyone who has pitched in for the last 17 months of Amelia's life to make the blue necklace possible. She values all of you much more than the necklace. It certainly takes a village to get a doctorate.
